“Following the blueprint for Box Plant 2025, the BHS Jetliner® Xceed (XC) digital printer, using the RSR® con- cept (Roll to printed sheet in real time), continues forward. “In April of 2023, BHS hosted an open house at a cus- tomer in Greven, Germany to showcase the first BHS Jet- liner® Xceed (XC) full-color digital printer, as well as our full complement of digital, corrugated, and logistic solutions. This BHS customer has successfully completed its first full year in production using our “Box Plant 2025” strategy. “The Jetliner® Xceed (XC) full-color digital printer runs both roll to roll as well as directly to the corrugator keeping with RSR® concept; truly running rolls to printed sheets in real time. In addition, the Jetliner® Xceed (XC) and Speed Line Corrugator are supplied paper rolls using the BHS iMotion/iShuttle autonomous transport system; making this customer the first to fully implement “Box Plant 2025.” “Look for exciting news in 2024 regarding the new Jetliner® Monochrome digital printer: an inline solution for both new and existing BHS corrugators. The Jetliner® Monochrome digital printer is designed to operate at the speed of the corrugator and provide a single-color digital solution that reduces the need for printing in the convert- ing process.
