Our diverse amenities and commercial portfolio spans luxurious retreats and vibrant developments, with designs that respect the local culture, climate, and user needs. We focus on vision realization, operational efficiency, and cost- effective solutions. From bespoke beachside clubs to golf course comfort stations, our projects integrate seamlessly into their communities, fostering connection and enhancing the environment. AN ARETÉ COLLECTIVE COMMUNITY Loraloma
Spicewood, Texas
GOLF HOUSE
Nestled in the heart of the 750-acre Loraloma community, this gem is perfectly positioned at the center of the development and the newly designed David McKay Kid golf course. The Golf House seamlessly integrates into the course, harmonizing beautifully with the natural hill country surroundings. Constructed with locally sourced natural limestone and exposed timber, the building complements the environment while providing shaded areas for year-round events and dining. The main entry features an open-air breezeway that elegantly separates the restaurant from the retail sales and market. Fully integrated with the site, the dining experience is seamlessly connected to golf services, offering members an oasis complete with a stunning two-story glass-volume restaurant and bar.

BEACH CLUB Los Cabos, Mexico Chileno Bay
Set amidst the coastal landscape of Los Cabos, the Beach Club at Chileno Bay redefines the classic Baja escape with contemporary luxury. Integrated into the sloping terrain, the resort’s architecture embraces an open aesthetic that blends indoor and outdoor living. Inspired in the region’s desert-meets-sea landscape, the design of the Chileno Bay Beach Club offers an immersive experience focused on relaxation and luxury. Guests can enjoy a distinctive dining experience while sitting above the waves crashing against the rocks. Overlooking the Sea of Cortez, the multiple pools, patios, and exterior lounges have panoramic views of the turquoise waters. A variety of amenities, including a fitness center, retail area and Members Services, round out the Beach Club amenities.

SPA Los Cabos, Mexico Chileno Bay
A triumph of collaboration, art, and style, the Spa completes the amenity offerings for members of the Chileno Bay Beach Club. This has become a destination spa thanks to attention to every detail. Visitors are enthralled by the array of relaxing and wellness spaces within. Drawing inspiration from Mexico, the art and motifs that adorn the space are not only inspired by the rich culture of the region, but realized through the collaborative efforts of local craftsman and artisans. This relationship makes the energy of authenticity an undeniable part of the magic that is the finished result. Framed by native stone and natural stucco walls, the Spa invites you to step into a world where time slows and serenity takes center stage.

AMENITY PARK Los Cabos, Mexico Chileno Bay
After enjoying the calming atmosphere of the Spa and a world-class meal at the restaurant, the next stop for members young and young-at-heart is the Chileno Bay Amenity Park. This one-stop-shop for fun has something for everyone and can be enjoyed around the clock. The Park is the heart of the community and surrounded by residential areas - it’s never too far away to visit. Guests can enjoy comfort stations, lounges, and a cinema, and with a bit more energy, game rooms, arcades, tennis and pickle ball courts, and the central ball diamond await. Pools and a water park offer a more playful experience than the serene pools of the spa and club. Lastly, a kids zone and teens center offer fun for the whole family.

COMFORT STATIONS & FARM Los Cabos, Mexico Chileno Bay
There are two notable comfort stations on Chileno Bay’s 18-hole golf course that provide respite from the Mexican sun during a round.
A uniquely-shaped comfort station is located between hole 6 and the development’s organic farm. Inspired by the form of the conch shell found along the nearby shores, this resting place for golfers and visitors to the farm uses soil directly from the site in the rammed earth curved walls. With local palo de arco for shading the terrace, this humble design speaks to the driving concept of sustainability and low-impact building. Next door, the organic farm features an event lawn, exterior farm-to-table dining, a bonfire area, and raised herb and vegetable beds that guests can harvest themselves.
Another comfort station on hole 12 features a traditional palapa roof and a spacious palo de arco terrace.

SALES CENTER Comporta, Portugal CostaTerra
Set within the surrounding tree canopy on rolling dunes, the design for the CostaTerra Sales & Client Hospitality Center takes a humble approach. In keeping with the development’s dedication to sustainability, locally sourced wood and plaster create an elegant and responsible architecture. The Sales Center’s design features spacious meeting rooms, lounges and comfort stations with views of the surrounding gardens and orchards. There is also a design center with finish selections display, and covered exterior seating to meet and mingle.

GOLF HOUSE Park City, Utah Mayflower (Marcella)
The design of the Mayflower Golf Lounge is a stark contrast to clubhouses of the past. Formally inspired by the surrounding mountains, a two-story entry with a grand staircase was designed to serve as a resort hub, providing year-round access to seasonal sports trails for skiing, biking, and exploring. The plan of Golf Lounge & Sales Center featured large private multi-functional simulation bays for soccer, bowling, disc golf, and other sports. The facility also offered double-tiered dining with scenic views, an integrated outdoor bar and lounge area overlooking the putting course, and convenient member mail pickup and drop-off services. The outdoor dining area provided stunning views of the putting course, mountains, and water.

MEDICAL CENTER West Valley City, Utah Metrodora Institute
Metrodora redefines modern healthcare with its dedication to treating POTS and other autoimmune diseases. Designed across the top two floors of a nine-story high-rise, this groundbreaking facility is designed with an unwavering focus on patient comfort and care, offering a transformative and holistic approach to wellness and healing. Treatment areas feature innovative physical therapies and yoga, 3D VR sessions and therapeutic treadmills tailored to individual recovery needs. A serene yoga studio, fitness areas, and percussive manipulation therapy are designed for both patient and staff use. The facility boasts 32 exam rooms, a specialized outpatient surgery area with four high-tech suites, and an infusion area offering private, tranquil spaces for treatment. This facility enables patients, staff, and researchers to thrive together, setting a new standard for modern medicine and offering a sanctuary where science, wellness, and humanity come together to shape the future of healthcare.

COMFORT STATION Rio San Juan, Dominican Republic Playa Grande
The Casamigos Comfort Station is located between the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic’s north coast and the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Sr. Golf Course. Overlooking the crescent Playa Grande beach and cantilevering over a lagoon, this comfort station was designed with cool island comfort in mind. The main level features ample terrace space to enjoy the views, while two flanking spiral staircases descend to an intimate tequila lounge below.

CLUB HOUSE Las Vegas, Nevada The Summit Club
Located between the iconic Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the vibrant Las Vegas Strip, The Summit Club stands as Las Vegas’ only fully private residential golf and lifestyle club community. Spanning 550 acres, this exclusive haven was designed to offer members a luxurious escape where meaningful experiences with cherished family and friends enrich life. The clubhouse design featured an array of world-class amenities, including spas with massage rooms and luxurious locker facilities, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a vibrant courtyard with a central pool surrounded by cabanas. Additional recreational offerings included a bowling lounge and fitness spaces designed to inspire wellness and relaxation.

RESTAURANT / RETAIL Salt Lake City, Utah TOSA Donut Shop
The pro-bono design of the The Other Side Academy (TOSA) Donut Shop is a celebration of transformation, rooted in TOSA’s vision: a place committed to helping individuals break free from destructive lifestyles. Our goal was to create an environment that not only serves as a functional retail space but also fosters an immersive experience that captures the essence of what TOSA represents. The concept draws inspiration from the whimsical and vibrant world of donuts, using color, texture, and form to create a dynamic, engaging atmosphere. A key element of the design is the creation of a family-friendly environment, a core value of TOSA. The donut shop’s layout includes retail areas that allow for easy interaction with the product, creating a fun and accessible experience for customers of all ages. The exterior features inviting outdoor dining areas, enhancing the sense of community and encouraging guests to relax and enjoy their time at the shop.

This portfolio showcases a selection of projects that represent the diverse roles and services provided by Denton House Design Studios, LLC (DHDS).
