Withdrawal after the eighth week of classes: 1. Tuition - no refund. 2. Fees - pro-rated refund (where applicable).
3. Room - same as above. 4. Board - same as above.
Tuition refunds for class changes (where applicable) will be made in the same manner as refunds for withdrawals (i.e. - full refund within the first two weeks of classes and a pro-rated refund after the second week until the end of the eighth week). All refunds must be requested by properly completing and submitting a Departure Card or Class Change Form, as appropriate . The official withdrawal or date of class change will determine the amount of refund.
