VETERANS As an integral part of Biola College, Inc., Rosemead Graduate School of Profes­ sional Psychology is approved as a degree-granting institution for the attendance of veterans under Title 38, United States Code. This includes the programs covered in Chapters 31, 34, and 35 of Title 38, relating also to the education of disabled vete­ rans and war orphans. Veterans or dependents of veterans who plan to enroll in Rosemead are urged to contact the Veterans Secretary in the Biola College, Inc. Office of Admissions and Records well in advance of registration so that the necessary arrangements may be made with the Veterans Administration. CHANGE OF REGISTRATION A student who finds it necessary to drop or to add a course must obtain the proper form from the Registrar. A student who drops a course without fulfilling this requirement will receive a "UW" in the course. A charge of $2.00 is made for any change in registration . A course may be dropped without penalty during the first twelve weeks of classes. A student may add a class during the first two weeks of the semester. Beyond that time courses cannot be added without the approval of the student's advisor and the Registrar. If a course is dropped during the first six weeks of classses, it will not be re­ corded on the student's permanent record. Courses dropped between the sixth and A student who officially withdraws from Rosemead during a semester will receive a grade of "W" in all courses if withdrawal is no later than the end of the twelfth week of class. Otherwise , a grade of "UW" or "F" will be given. A student who withdraws may be granted honorable dismissal provided that he has met all his fi­ nancial obligations to the College, has secured from the Registrar and completed all forms required for withdrawal, and is in good standing at the time. A student who withdraws without completing the proper procedures with the Re­ gistrar will not receive a refund of any portion of his tuition or fees, and will receive a grade of "UW" in each course. If he has no financial obligations to the College, a transcript of his work will be sent to another school upon request. STUDENT LOADS The normal full-time load for a Rosemead student is 12 to 15 hours per semes­ ter, but not less than 9 hours. Without the Advisor's approval, a student may not carry over 15 units in any semester except where the program itself dictates 16 units. Part-time registration of less than 9 units is permitted only when a student has been admitted to candidacy. Rosemead does not admit part-time students to its degree programs. TRANSFER CREDIT Students in the masters degree program may, upon the approval of the Regis­ trar, transfer up to 9 semester hours of applicable graduate-level courses in psychology and/or 9 hours of applicable graduate-level courses in theology and Bible from an accredited graduate school or theological seminary. Doctoral students may transfer up to 30 semester hours of applicable graduate-level courses in 32 thirteenth week of classes will have a grade of "W" recorded. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM
