CONCLUSION The owner survey results are very helpful in identifying owners’ satisfaction with the Resort in regards to the existing facilities, offerings, operations and strategic issues considered important for today’s owners and the Resort’s future. This information will be a valuable resource to the leadership and management as they make short term operational improvements and develop long-range plans for the Resort.
