OLD TOWN PARK CITY Old Town borders Park City Mountain and extends to the top of historic Main Street. Established in the 1800s by Irish silver miners, Park City’s Old Town neighborhood still has its western color but now caters to the needs of its cosmopolitan residents and visitors alike. Home to some of the best fishing, equestrian centers, and views in Utah, nearby Wasatch County is not to be overlooked. Heber City anchors this picturesque county, which is known for its open tracts of farm land and romantic mountain setting. The county extends from the Jordanelle Reservoir to the base of the impressive Mt. Timpanogos and has seen a tremendous amount of development interest in the last few years. For skiers, Park City ski resorts are a short 15 minute drive away, and Sundance Resort is nearby in Provo Canyon. Situated just east of Park City the neighborhoods surrounding the Jordanelle Reservoir— including KLAIM , Talisker Club-Tuhaye , SkyRidge , JC Luxury Homes Experience at SkyRidge , The Mason , and more abutting the Jordanelle State Park—offer stunning views of Mt. GATEWAY TO THE UINTAS COALVILLE, WANSHIP, HOYTSVILLE, AND ROCKPORT The three towns of Coalville, Wanship, and Hoytsville are home to horse owners, ranchers, and farmers, with several new residents arriving in search of bigger yards and wider views.
