FORTUNE ONWUZURUIKE
RICHARD OGNIEWSKI
Dr. Fortune E. Onwuzuruike is currently a Senior Security Technical Program Manager at Microsoft with 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity. He is also a College Professor and sits on the Industry Board of Advisory for Georgia State University Computer Science Department. Additionally, Dr. Onwuzuruike currently serves in the leadership capacity as the Collegiate 100 chair for Emerging 100 of Atlanta, overseeing the college campuses at Morehouse College, Spelman College, Georgia State University and Oglethorpe University. He was born and raised in Atlanta, Ga. He graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelors degree and Kennesaw State University with a master of science degree. He most recently completed his doctoral degree in cybersecurity from Marymount University. Dr. Onwuzuruike is at the intersection of technology, education, and servant leadership. He is a true trailblazer. He lives by the quote “to whom much is given, much is required.”
Richard J. Ogniewski is an accomplished Operations Program Manager with deep expertise in training, exercise planning, and instructional design. He currently serves as the Plans, Training & Exercise Program Manager and Acting Training Officer for the Marietta Office, where he leads the development of response plans and oversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and exercise programs. As the site’s Learning Management System Administrator, he manages digital training delivery, curriculum development, and platform optimization to strengthen readiness across the agency.
Richard brings more than 35 years of federal service and over 25 years of U.S. Naval experience, beginning his military career in the enlisted ranks and rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. His service includes extensive work in executive medicine, operational planning, emergency management, information systems, and joint interagency operations. Since joining the Selective Service System in 2016, he has advanced through multiple leadership roles and contributed to significant organizational improvements He holds advanced degrees in Executive Healthcare Administration and Healthcare Management and Informatics, complementing his operational and leadership background. Richard previously served as a Georgia Certified Emergency Manager and completed advanced professional development through FEMA. Richard resides in Kennesaw, Georgia, with his wife, Maria. He is the proud father of Angel and Alexis and grandfather to Evie and Elisia.
FAISAL SALEEM
Faisal Saleem currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Children’s Medical Group (CMG), where he oversees all aspects of operations and finance. Driven by a bold, ambitious vision, Faisal is dedicated to establishing CMG as the preeminent private pediatric practice not just in Atlanta, but nationally. Faisal brings a wealth of strategic expertise to his current role, built upon a distinguished consulting career. He previously held management positions at Truitt Health and The Advisory Board, where he consulted major enterprise organizations, including Houston Methodist, New York-Presbyterian, Capital Health, and Palmetto Health. Faisal also worked for organizations including Athenahealth and the American Red Cross (Biomedical Services). Faisal holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance rom the University of Massachusetts Boston and a master’s degree in Healthcare Management and Informatics from Kennesaw State University. Outside the office, he is an avid reader who enjoys long walks, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
