ELLEVILLE, NJ — Tulfra Real Estate has completed its ac- quisition of the former Roche B
strategically located site and are in the process of consider- ing redevelopment options and plans for the property. The Township of Belleville has conditionally designated Tulfra as the redeveloper of the site under the State’s redevelopment laws. “We are extremely pleased and hon- ored that The Township of Belleville has selected us to be the redeveloper, and now that we own the site, we are look- ing forward to finalizing the details of that relationship and to a great working relation- ship with the Township ” said Sonny Jumani , president
and partner of Tulfra Real Estate . “We are looking at a num- ber of uses for the property, and we will work closely with the Township of Belleville to redevelop the site into an at- tractive, productive project that everyone will be proud of. Our goal is to bring significant jobs and ratables into the com- munity,” Jumani added. Belleville is just 11 miles west of Manhattan, and is located close to all the major New Jersey arteries including Routes 21, 3, 17 and I-95/NJ Turnpike so the opportunities are endless. n

Hanson announced it has brokered a long-term lease deal for Regency Mem- ory Care Club, an affiliate of First Healthcare Manage- ment Company at 91 Route 4 East in River Edge, N.J. NAI Hanson’s Anthony Cassano and Pablo Castro negotiated the 7,500 s/f lease deal and consulted on site selection on behalf of Regency Memory Care Club. Philsa Corporation owns the building. The retail location provides the space and flexibility that Regency Memory Care Club requires for the specialized services it provides. Addition- ally the space offers excellent visibility and demographics well suited for the highly per- sonalized care center. “We spent several months with Regency Memory Care Club ensuring we understood their unique needs in order to provide themwith the best site selection for their expansion into Bergen County,” said Cas- sano. “Specialized care centers that offer an alternative to as- sisted living facilities such as this one will continue to be in demand as the Baby Boomer generation ages and we an- ticipate seeing more demand for space from these types of organizations.” n
