Lyons is a former Adjunct Professor at the School of Busi- ness at Villanova University where he taught at The Daniel M. DiLella Center for Real Estate. He received his bach- elor’s degree from Villanova. Jefferies, born and raised in the Philadelphia area, is a graduate of Elon University in North Carolina. Both men are former recipients of the “Top 40 under 40” in com- mercial real estate (Lyons by the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and Jeffries by the Pottstown Mercury and the Tri-County Area Chamber of Commerce); the recognition honors top young producers in the Philadelphia suburbs. Britt Mazzagatti is the president of PRG’s Manage- ment Division. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance and accounting from Neumann College/Villanova University and has over ten years of experience man- aging office and industrial portfolio’s in the Philadelphia studio at Madison Farms in Bethlehem, which is projected to open in February of 2016.
