Ridge MacLaren , first vice president investments, Clarke Talone , senior associ- ate, and AndrewTownsend , vice president investments, all in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the WIND GAP, PA — Locally owned and operated Invest- ment Real Estate, LLC an- nounces the sale of Gap View Storage in Wind Gap for $2.29 million to a local investor. Wind Gap is located in Plain- field Township in Northamp- ton County. Gap View Storage consists of 13 buildings and offers drive- up access and temperature control units totaling 57,220 s/f of self storage. The facility also offers outside auto and RV parking spaces and Budget truck rentals, and is located on nearly six acres of commercial zoned land. Gap View Storage opened in 1987 and is in excellent condi- tion. The facility offers single story metal buildings, metal roofs, asphalt driveways, ex- terior lighting, fenced perim- eter with automatic entrance gate, video cameras and an on-site rental office. WILKES-BARRE, PA — Penn State dedicated the next phase of the Innovation Squared Project, an economic development project that will foster job creation, as well as develop and implement a dual entrepreneurial ecosystem and mentorship program for downtown Wilkes-Barre. Penn State president Eric Barron and Penn State Wil- kes-Barre Chancellor Charles Davis, in conjunction with the Greater Wilkes-Barre Cham- ber of Commerce, hosted a dedication and ribbon cutting on Thursday, Dec. 17, at the site of the Innovation Center Technology Workshop and Multi-Media Center, home to the Wilkes-Barre Connect Initiative. “The Innovation Squared Project, specifically the Tech- nology Workshop and Multi- Media Center, represents a true collaborative effort between our ABC’s: the Aca- demia led by Penn State; the Businesses led by eBay; and the Community led by the city of Wilkes-Barre, Sen. John Yu- dichak, Rep.
