Cozen O’Connor serves as counsel in $98.4m purchase WEST CONSHOHOCK- EN, PA — The national real estate practice at Cozen O’Connor represented a Ma- guire Hayden Real Estate Company affiliate in its pur- chase of a seven story West Conshohocken office property for $98.4 million. The deal closed on January 8, 2016. 300 Four Falls is the larg- est class “A” office building in West Conshohocken, according to Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Group , which arranged the sale of the prop- erty. Maguire Hayden Real Es- tate Company is a fully inte- grated commercial real estate investment and operating firm focused on acquiring, reposi- tioning and managing office, industrial and flex properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Representing the buyer from Cozen O’Connor were Jef- frey Leonard and John Schwartz . The firm’s national real estate practice repre- sents regional and national developers, REITS and other public companies, owners, builders, manager, private equity funds, institutional and private investors, banks, and governments in acquisitions and dispositions, develop- ment, financing, leasing and the management of real estate. The sellers were represented by Matthew Werthman and Michael Coran of Klehr Harrison Harvey Branz- burg, LLP . Bank of America, N.A. pro- vided financing for the pur- chase. Bank of America, N.A. was represented by Mat- thew Robertson and Kevin Sholette of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP . n In a sign of the robust Ches- ter County real estate mar- ket, SSH just launched the marketing on the sale of 1025 Andrew Dr. in West Chester.
