and scheduling subcontractors and installers for projects like custom cabinets or showers, Lauren confirms: “We keep the contractor aware of timelines and changes customers make.” In short, Tops to Floors can apply its streamlined approach at every stage. David Arsenault, Lucas Arsenault, and Mitch Arsenault took the helm at Tops to Floors in 2020. “My brother Lucas and I are business partners on other ventures. Mitchell’s been a friend of mine since high school, and we got chatting one day about starting or buying a business together,” David explains. “When the opportunity came to purchase Tops to Floors, we jumped on it!” David, Lucas, and Mitch are forging ahead at Tops to Floors; the business’s flooring selection has already been expanded, and they’re now planning to ramp up cabinet production. They’ve also set out to support good causes— including hospitals and the Food Bank—in PEI and the Maritimes. “We’re focused on giving back to our community. We’ve donated over fifty thousand dollars to local charitable foundations,” David confirms. “Giving back is made possible by our amazing staff and fabulous customers.”
