is featuring a new local artisan pop- up store, in addition to other various Christmas pop-up stores, in response to craft fairs being cancelled for the season. “This partnership with local vendors allows small local businesses an opportunity to showcase and sell their product at a venue they normally wouldn’t sell at,” says Barrett. Adding to the holiday spirit, Barrett says there are a number of festive offerings during the month of December, including Santa visiting the Centre at his special spot where children can meet him and get their picture taken. Additionally, look out for a live mini-Christmas concert series on the weekends. There are also different fundraising initiatives happening to spread some Christmas cheer. According to Barrett, the Centre is partnering with Santa’s Angels, serving as a drop off location for the fundraiser, in addition to Hospice PEI, for which they are providing the space for the organization
