Smoke has probably taught me as much as I’ve taught him. Having been in my string five years, we’ve done a lot! Caught wild cattle in Arizona and New Mexico, worked in West Texas, trotted a couple thousand miles in MT/WY, branded, shagged wild bulls out of the cedars- you can’t show him much new or rougher country than he’s already seen! From rodeos to fun in town, we’ve been- there-done that. He’s smooth as butter to ride and can get around like a cat chasing mice. The first time I took him, we won a team branding and he
