Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Jack Kent Cooke Foundation – The Jack Kent Cooke Foundation is the largest scholarship provider in the United States and is dedicated to advancing the educa - tion of exceptionally promising youth who have financial need. It is a private, independent, foundation that offers some of the largest scholarships in the U.S., compre - hensive counseling and other support services to youth from eighth grade to graduate school.
