ARTISAN EATERY Serving Up Farm-to-Table Fare

The Artisan Eatery, located off Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers, has been knocking the socks off the locals with their fresh and delicious menu. Artisan Eatery opened its doors to the Fort Myers area with local farm-to-table ingredients, which sets them apart from their competition. They wanted to give the area the “best of both worlds,” with an affordable menu and fine-dining taste. The casual environment and quick service is a perk, making it the best place to swing by for breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!

We had to know more, so we contacted Tim and Healy Yoa, the owners of Artisan Eatery. Tim revealed some amazing details about their restaurant that we just had to share! Tim’s passion for the culinary arts started back in high school, when he took the leap into cooking through his school’s culinary program. As his love for cooking grew, so did his talent. Team Spotlight: MeetNathalie!

Mixed Baby Greens With Honey Poppy Seed Vinaigrette

Nathalie is our newest receptionist on the Dellutri Law Group team! When she was younger, Nathalie always thought about becoming a paralegal. Considering most of her background is in customer service, it was natural for her to come and join us when we were seeking a new receptionist for our front desk. Stepping into a new position isn’t always easy, but we are excited to have Nathalie because of her determination.

This month’s recipe is directly from Chef Tim Yoa’s collection at Artisan Eatery.

Ingredients Salad Ingredients • 5 ounces baby greens • 2 ounces sliced strawberries • 1 ounce goat cheese, crumbled • 1 ounce slivered and toasted almonds • Parmesan cheese

Honey Poppy Seed Vinaigrette Ingredients • 1/4 cup honey

• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard • 1 cup blended oil • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Directions 1. Toss together salad ingredients. 2. In a blender or Mason jar with lid, combine honey, vinegar, and mustard. Blend or shake vigorously. 3. Drizzle in oil on low speed until thickened or add to Mason jar and shake well. 4. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour desired amount over prepared salad.

Nathalie is someone who just understands the way we operate and who is on top of her game in spite of anything we throw her way. When we asked which aspect of her new position excites her most, she said, “I am just excited about learning something new!” Our clients love her, and so do we. Welcome to our team, Nathalie. We are happy to have you on board and excited to watch you grow with us.
