We are very thankful for our neighbors and customers who have supported our program! Please accept our invitation to join us on April 26th for an Open House. We look forward to enjoying a meal with you, visiting, and al - lowing you to evaluate the offering. Of course we welcome you anytime and encourage you to visit the ranch or call so we can discuss how we may help with your breeding program. Our goal is to provide cow-calf operations with prov - en and profitable genetics for all sectors of the cattle market, and our breeding selections are not always growth focused. Our cow herd is enrolled in the Matrnal plus program through the Angus Association and our herd gets it done on grass, mineral & fresh water. The good Lord has blessed us mightily to be ranchers. It’s not a job, it’s a way of life. Cattlemen are perennial optimists and the cattle fu - ture looks very bright indeed! Enjoy the ride - God bless you all! Bryan & Stephanie Ramsrud

Duke 413 seemed a very natural place to begin the 2025 sale offering. He earned this place as the heaviest of his flushmates as well as the entire calf crop! 413 is long fronted and long bodied with a very good hip and leg. To go along with that he has rib shape and depth and a herd bull presence. With a “no holes” EPD profile, and an outcross pedigree to the Angus herd, 413 offers unlimited mating possibilities and can breed heifers as well as cows! His dam has been my favorite cow for years and always wins over visitors to the ranch. She is extremely docile and has passed this on consistently to her offspring. 413 is a very easy go - ing! Ranks genomically in the top 10% WW, 24% YW, 8% CW, 5% HP, 13% Milk, 15% SC, 13% Claw, 21% Angle, and 7% Docility!

107 We only have had two Wolverine calves so far but they have impressed. These calves were born light, but have developed into stout boned, good footed, moderate sized, and posess calm dispositions. 416 exemplifies these qualities and is also thick topped with a very good phenotype. The Wolverine heifer in our replacement pen is everything we were hoping for in the mating! We flushed lot 7’s Thunder Dam, F56 to Sitz Eternity last summer and those calves are also impressing eary. F56 has a large foot and tremendous capacity. Use this promising bull on heifers, then put a little punch into your cows! Wolverine 416 ranks ge- nomically in the top 27% for Calving Ease Direct, 22% for Docility, 13% for Claw and 12% for Angle EPDs. Great docility and efficiency on this good bull.

Lot 8 is one of the best Stellar sons I have personally laid my eyes upon. Examining 434 from the front you will notice that he very thick, has a great angus head and a wide base to travel on. As you inspect his profile, you will observe his great depth of rib, front extension and good rear quarter. As you slide around back I think you’ll be impressed with his muscle mass, scrotal circumference, and visible power. On paper, you will find that his pedigree is very solid. His dam, 911, is a pathfinder cow who is double bred to the Payweight line and she produced the lot one bull in the 2021 NCAA sale as her first calf! She is feminine and fertile 1682 daugher with a good udder. His Sire is a tremendous breed- ing bull who has done great settling the second calvers for the past two years. 439’s Dam is turning out to be a good young cow with wide hips and well attached udder. Lot 18’s maternal grand dam produced to age 13 for us so maternal strength is in the blood! Ranks genomically in the top 3% for both CED and BW epds, with a top 1% Claw epd.

74 616 100 Good looks and calving ease come together in lot 19. He began life with a modest 74 lbs at birth but has held his own against his contemporaries all the way. 445 also has a unique combination of superior Maternal Calving Ease, Marbling, and a top 4% Cow Energy $ Value. He sports a neat pedigree that combines a couple of our top end cows in 930 and F90 with some tried and true Angus bulls in the mix. F90 is very easy keeping and this guy looks to have been passed this trait through her. Great Plains 445 ranks ge - nomically in the top 6% for CED, 7% for BW, 8%CEM, 25% Marbling, 2% Claw and 37% Angle EPDs. Skeeter Creek Great Plains 445 also bear the CAB logo for carcass quality. 101 1043

No-nonsense, practical bull here. Good early growth and a mature size that won’t break the bank. I would recommend this Great plains son for cows only. His Steadfast mother, 010 has been very fertile and calved to her AI this spring. She has earned the pathfinder status after her first three calves. 447 ranks genomi - cally in the top 30% Scrotal, 35% CEM, 7% Milk, 16% Claw and 8% Angle .

Lot 21

Lot 21 leads off our two year old bulls. We held these two young bulls over last summer specifically for this sale. Rito 368 is the last Long Bow son that we will have for sale; sad- ly, as they have done well for our customers. His Sire is still breeding cows at LTD Acres after he was purchased through the inaugural North Country Angus Alliance sale in 2020. 368’s dam, F90, is as easy fleshing of a cow as they come! She is a member of the Lady Viking cow family that has been very fertile and functional. Rito 368 should sire some great feeder calves that mature quick and finish easily. He is long fronted, very thick topped with great rib shape. His genomics rank in the top 2% BW and 5% CED epds.

Skeeter Creek Paxton 111

Paxton 370 would be an ideal large scale heifer project bull as he has an age advantage with a moderate, calving ease design. He comes from our Lydia cow family and his dam’s maternal sister produced the high selling, lot 1 bull in our 2022 sale. We are calving out some very well put togeth- er daughters of his sire, 111 as I write this. Paxton 370 is smaller framed and thick made. Lot 22 ranks in the top 10% for CED and top 5% for BW epds. His daughters should calve easily a well, his CEM is top 25% with a top 35% heifer pregnancy epd.

Here is a fancy breeding heifer that is a flushmate to the first 6 Lots. Her Rachel cow family is at the top of our herd and has been getting the job done for decades in the An- gus breed. SC Rachel 408’s dam is 9 years young and her grand dam is now 11 and both are still producing here with good udders, feet, and dispositions. They are part of a long line of Rachel cows that started in 1954 with Bells Boy Ra- chel, bred by the Dave Kraus Estate in MT. Eventually, Gart - ner Denowh bought her and her dam, Mollie 16, from the Kraus herd. Every generation since has produced multiple daughters in multiple herds! All totalled, 11 generations prior have put a 100 daughters into 95 different herds. Quality and longevity abound in her pedigree. Here’s your chance.

This Stellar heifer comes from a proven dam as well. Erica 419 is out of a Cashin Focus cow that we purchased from Wayne Wilde ten years ago. She is very fertile and has calved again AI to Sitz Eternity this spring. The stellars are more moderate in their design and moderate in birth weight. She has good CEM, Milk, and HP. I expect 419 would turn into a very good cow. These heifers were in heat the day we did photos and were not very cooperative with our amatuer cameraman (AKA Paul) and we were crunched for time thanks to a spring storm. Hopefully the videos are more helpful. * A special thanks to our photographer! (pictured at left with his ol’ man)

Commercial Females

Skeeter Creek Ranch

We are offering a group of 5 Commercial Angus heifers from our replace- ment pen. They have been sorted for uniformity and have RFID tags. These are moderate, purebred heifers that sell with no papers. The lot sells 5 times the money bid. We are confident in the fertility and mothering ability of this group of females. They will make a nice addition to anyones breeding program or provide a solid foundation for a young or newly started ranch- er. These heifer calves recieved the same vaccination protocol as the bulls. Convert gel at birth, Inforce 3 and Vision 8 at turnout with their dams. Bo- visheild Gold 5 and Vision 8 prior to weaning, and Bovishield One Shot and poured with Clean Up II at weaning in mid Oct. This group was poured again on Feb 22, is in good breeding shape, and averaged 725# on March 30. Lot 25 About our herd... The Skeeter Creek herd is enrolled in the AAA Maternal Plus AAA Maternal Plus program. All calves are reported to the association through this program and all dams are given disposal reasons/reason no calf when applicable. This gives us more early information on our calves as well as a more accurate view on production and performance within our herd. The AAA started a functional longevity EPD (FL) in 2024, as a Maternal Plus herd we were given EPD’s on our dams for functional longevity (FL) and we are happy to report that almost every cow was above breed average for this trait. The association more recently released teat and udder EPD for the Main Sire List and Maternal Plus herds and once again our herd scored well above breed average for these traits. Buy these females with confidence.
