A Clean Sweep “Clean Sweep” technology automatically pushes machined parts from the machine bed while simultaneously vacuuming sawdust from the spoil board. Automatic Panel Alignment The panel is prepared for processing with automatic alignment cylinders for both side and end alignment. The machine does the work rather than the operator. 16 HP main spindle with infinitely variable speed up to 21,000 rpm produces smooth cut edges. The ISO- 30 tool holders, provided as standard, use ER-32 collets with up to 3/4” capacity. A patented “Vortex dust collection hood” collects nearly all of the dust from routing.
A 12 position “ride-along linear rack” enables fast tool change time, and eliminates the back and forth wear and tear of a stationary rack.
