IRON SPRINGS RANCH 2384 COUNTY ROAD 9 • MODEL, CO 81059 • (719) 469 – 7216 Iron Springs Ranch, a division of Hall Ranches, encompasses a large area in Southeast Colorado, across the Comanche Grasslands. It is rich in history and artifacts as the Santa Fe Trail runs across the ranch. Gary and Havilah Hall purchased the Iron Springs division of the Hall Ranches in 2002 and are continuing the western heritage of the Hall family. The Halls, and their 6 children, are the fourth and fifth generations to own and manage the Hall Ranches. Not only does the ranch run cow-calf pairs year-round but also breeds quality, well-rounded American Quarter Horses for ranch and performance use. Their select horses are raised and ridden on many miles of grasslands, canyons, rocks, and very diverse landscapes to gather and move cattle. These horses can gain experience and time under saddle to produce well-rounded and solid traveling horses. The ranch’s remuda is used to sort, brand, rope, doctor, and wean cattle on a daily. The herd has also proven itself in the arena for roping, versatility ranch, cow horse, and timed events. Gary and Havilah Hall are both CSU Alumni and proud supporters of the Legends of Ranching Program and Sale.
Thank you for your interest in the Iron Springs Ranch consignments and for supporting CSU!
