Ken McNabb, a lifelong horseman from the Wyoming-Montana border, has dedicated his life to horsemanship. Growing up surrounded by wild herds, Ken developed a deep understanding of horses' behavior and instincts. At just 15, he began training horses and apprenticed with Colorado master John Lyons, shaping his approach to horsemanship. The McNabb family ranch is located in North Central Wyoming, in the town where Ken was born. On the ranch, they focus on raising good beef cattle and producing great saddle horses. It's their goal to ride, train, and represent the best horses in the country. Over the years, Ken honed his skills through countless hours in the saddle, becoming a renowned expert in natural horsemanship. He shares his expertise through various platforms, including regional equine expos, horse shows, clinics, instructional DVDs, and his RFD TV show, "Discovering the Horseman Within." Ken's talents extend beyond teaching; he's also a formidable competitor, participating in prestigious horse-starting competitions like the Road to the Horse and winning accolades such as the Colt Starting Challenge.
