R HUNTER , “Dan” is a gentle easy going gelding by QUAIL HUNTER that is experienced in all areas of ranching. He has packed kids, beginner riders, and easily transitions to the riders skill set. He is as content riding by himself as he is in a group. “Dan” has tagged and drug countless calves in the spring, and doctored yearlings and calves all summer. He’s happy to sort in the alley and will hold a cow when pairing out. He’s been to town numerous times for ranch rodeos. “Dan” is comfortable in the box to team rope on. He has been used in the mountain in the fall, as well and led many pack animals up the trail. “Dan” has the speed and skill to get any job done but is also content going down the trail. A horse for the whole family to enjoy.
