I am deeply honored to lead Colorado State University’s Legends of Ranching program, a premier experiential learning opportunity in the equine industry. This program provides our students with unparalleled hands-on experience in horse training, stable management, marketing, advertising, and event production— preparing them to become the next generation of industry leaders. The success of Legends of Ranching is a testament to the unwavering support of our faculty, staff, students, sponsors, and consignors. Their dedication and hard work make our annual sale possible, and I am incredibly grateful for their contributions. This year, we are proud to present twenty young horses from eleven distinguished ranches, including a new addition to our program—Phipps Land & Livestock. We are also offering a diverse selection of outside horses, featuring consignments from Silver Spur Ranches, Perry Quarter Horses, and more. Whether you are looking for a young prospect or a seasoned partner, I am confident this year’s sale will have something for everyone.
