Postpartum Fitness Class 16 years & up It is never too late to strengthen and repair your body after giving birth. Strengthen your postpartum body, while improving posture , healing your core & reconnecting to your pelvic floor. You are welcome to bring your baby (pre-mobile for safety reasons).
