AICC Midwest Region Offering Two Scholarships Cassi Malone, Vice President of Sales, Corrugated Sup- plies and AICC Midwest Region Director, announced the Midwest Region is offering two $5000 scholarships to children or grandchildren of full-time employees of com- panies who are members or associate members in good standing of AICC Midwest Region. The AICC Midwest Region’s objective is to provide fi- nancial assistance to young men and women with their college education and encourage students to strive for higher scholastic ideals. The scholarship is available to students accepted to or enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies at an ac- credited junior college, trade school or university. It will be awarded at the AICC Midwest Region Golf Outing on July 21 at St. Charles Country Club, St. Charles, Illinois. Three Companies Invest In Amtech EnCore Systems Fort Washington, Pennsylvania based Amtech Software announced agreements with three companies that will be upgrading their Imaginera system to Amtech’s web-based EnCore system: Cincinnati, Ohio based TPC Packaging Solutions; Riverside, California based Heritage Container; and Portland, Oregon based Northwest Paper Box. EnCore is browser based so users can leverage PCs, Macs, and tablets to access the software. These compa- nies look forward to providing their users with the ability to tailor the user interface for optimal efficiency. This includes a custom home screen with quick links to often used screens in the application, personalized column visibility/width/position, and the ability to export search results to Excel. TPC is a family-owned company with a century-long legacy in custom packaging manufacturing.
