Keen holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Uni- versity of South Alabama and an MBA from Western Car- olina University. Coates holds a BS in Physics/Engineering from Washington & Lee University and a PhD in Polymer Science from the University of Connecticut, Institute of Ma- terials Science. Both were former supplier members of the association. Edale Ryan Barrett has been named Head of Sales for APAC for Edale, a Canon company, a UK-based manufacturer of printing and converting machinery. Barrett initially joined Edale in 2017 as aftersales manager. In his new role, Barrett will be responsible for expand- ing Edale’s footprint across the APAC region, building on existing and forming new customer relationships, and de- veloping distribution networks to drive growth. His focus will be on understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions through Edale’s latest technologies, such as the FL3 label press and FL5 single-pass carton production line.
