Essential • Full clean driving licence • Maths and English GCSE to at least Grade C or equivalent. • IOSH/NEBOSH or willingness to study Desirable • Current minibus licence • Business management or other relevant qualification • Educated to degree level or equivalent work- based qualification/training

Essential • Experience of business operation • Experience of managing budgets • IT proficient • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety obligations • Stakeholder management • Commercial acumen • Successful line management experience • Knowledge of transport management systems, statutory and regulatory requirements Desirable • Experience of working in a management or leadership role • Experience of contributing to policy and structure formulation, implementation, evaluation and review • Contract/supplier management and understanding of contract law
