December is here and I hope everyone is enjoying the craziness of the Holidays. Full disclosure: I truly love the holidays - even though they are ridiculously busy and expensive. I guess I’m still a kid at heart. Anyway, some of you may have noticed that we are now using texts to confirm appointments. You can choose to either have us call you or text you. Most people are loving the convenience of the texting. You can text us back as well if you have any questions or if you need to come in. Just use the same number that you would to call us (516-681-8070) and send us a text.
If you missed out on November’s newsletter you missed some good info on spinal problems along with some tips. I also wanted to thank everyone from our referral club (see below for this month’s).
