Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio on the main level of the Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be canceled.

two ways to save on group fitness! 1. HALF & HALF : In the months of December and January, group exercise subscribers can save up to 50% (or more) on their registration through our “Half and Half” promotion. (Details and conditions are available online.) Here’s how it works : An existing subscriber signs up a new subscriber for the month. Both save 50% on the class for that month! And, yes, existing subscribers, if you bring in two new subscribers, you might earn a month free! Or . . . Two new subscribers sign up together for the month. Both save 50% on the class for that month! 2. TWELVE DAYS OF FITNESS : Between Christmas Day and January 6, you may drop-in on group exercise classes and pay the subscriber rate. Instead of paying $13 for standard class, you’ll only pay $7; instead of $20 for a specialty class, you can pay $10. This is a great way to try a class before committing to it as a subscriber! Members wishing to access the building before 7:00 AM on weekdays and 8:30 AM on weekends, or after 8:00 PM on weekdays and 5:30 PM on weekends, will need a personal identification number to unlock the door. The application for a PIN can be found on the club’s website under “Club Documents & Forms” or by clicking here . Holiday Hours The Fitness Center will close on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve at 2 PM, and will be closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. There will be no Group Exercise Classes on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, day after Christmas, or on New Year’s Day.

HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM

Pilates ** Morning Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM (Beginner/Intermediate level), Monday/ Wednesday at 6:00 PM (Intermediate Plus)

Seniorcize * Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM (45 minutes)

Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM

Yoga for Kids ** (ages 7 to 9) Friday at 4:00 PM (45 minutes)

Zumba * Wednesday at 7:00 PM and Saturday at 8:45 AM

*Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/ class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/ class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15th and 25th of each month, members may sign up for the following month’s classes online, by calling x1234, or by emailing john.porter@ancc.org . “Drop-ins” are allowed at some classes for a slightly higher fee.
