BUY BACK PROGRAM Our Buy Back Program is very simple. Contact us, in advance, about when and where you decide to market your calves. We will be there to bid on them. While we may not get all the calves bought. We help insure our customers, that their calves will bring full market value, for their weight on sale day. This program can and has added significant value to our customers ’ calves, making our bulls an even better value to you. This system has really developed well for us and our customers. It is im- portant to note that we aren ’ t acting as order buyers. We are committing our own resources for the advancement of our program and the benefit of our customers. All the bulls in the sale were on test in the same group for 150 days. They were fed a medium megacal developer ration the feed program is not de- signed for maximum gain in a short period but for the long term welfare and longevity of the bull. We have received many positive comments over the years about how well the bulls hold up for our customers. We are convinced this is a better way to develop our bulls instead of trying to see how big or heavy we can make them. Our philosophy is to offer bulls with adequate growth in a crossbreeding situation. We feel the every bull in the sale meets this criteria. All the bulls in this sale have been tested negative for persistent infection (PI) of BVD. All the bulls in the sale have been fertility tested. Many of our customers have us keep the bulls at our place after the sale for later delivery. They are returned to the same pens and are put on the same ration. This helps in their continued development for breeding season. This is especially important for some of the younger bulls. At delivery time, we al- most always here the same comment “ Boy, he sure got bigger. ”.
