The 80th Annual Council of Deliberation and 53rd State Assembly of the Order of the Golden Circle took place on September 12, 2025, honoring GIG Clarence Williams, 33°, GIG Lee T. Carroll, 33°, GIG Dennis Garrett, 33°, and GIG Wallace Nelson, 33°, Class of 2025. On September 13, 2025, the Commanders of the Rite held breakfast in the morning and discussed their business. There were three nominees for the 2027 class. The Council of Deliberation was opened with the Most Illustrious Commander in Chief SGIG Gregory D. Wraggs, Sr., 33°, being received. The Most Illustrious Commander in Chief received the Cathedral Secretary SGIG Raynard W. Hughes, 33°, the MWGM Antonio D. Graham, 33°, of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Washington and Jurisdiction, SGIG Harden M. Keys, Jr., 33°, SGIG Henry Sheegog, 33°, SGIG Lester L. Dickson, 33°, SGIG Roger Nelson, 33°, the Deputy of the Orient of Washington, Southern Masonic Jurisdiction/ MWGM of the Grand Lodge of Washington, and GIG Robert J. Eagle Spirit, 33°, Deputy for the Orient of California, AASR PHA SJ, along with many staff officers from various organizations. The Most Illustrious Commander in Chief, along with SGIG Raynard W. Hughes, MWGM Graham, SGIG Nelson, and GIG Eagle Spirit, attended the Grand Assembly to conduct elections and to install the elected officers for the Grand Assembly. Loyal Lady Martha Davis was elected State Grand Loyal Lady Ruler of the Washington/ Oregon Grand Assembly. The Order of the Golden Circle initiated eight new Ladies at this Council of Deliberation. Several highlights included the Committee on Education presenting two $2000 scholarships—one from the United Supreme Council and two from the Washington/Oregon Council of Deliberation—awarded at the banquet. The recipients were Mr. Chai L. Hill, Ms. Courtni Bentley, and Ms. Vallane L. Sneva.

On Sunday, August 10, 2025, at 4 pm, the Washington/Oregon Grand Assembly honored three Past State Grand Loyal Lady Rulers: PSGLLR Mary Douglas, PSGLLR Martha Davis, and PSGLLR Cassandra White. They were overwhelmed by the luncheon. It was well attended by the Fraters. In attendance were SGIG Gregory D. Wraggs, Deputy for the Orient of Washington 33˚, MWGM Antonio D. Graham, 33˚, and GWM Dr. Tysha Tolefree. A lot of fun was had, and past stories were shared.
