Summer has passed, and Ararat has welcomed the fall season with a regularly scheduled business meeting to prepare for winter and our annual holiday fundraiser. On 5 October 2025, KC Hernandez tapped the gavel twice, calling the meeting to order at the Stuttgart Military Community Firehouse. During the communication, topics of discussion included the scholarship for a deserving high school senior, community service and engagement, charitable initiatives, and a new fundraiser. GIG Cook provided the Consistory with remarks emphasizing the importance of the scholarship and strategies to advertise and reach potential applicants. As we prepare to enter the holiday season, the Consistory discussed the importance of community service and ways to engage with the Stuttgart Military Community. A Christmas fundraiser flyer was distributed to all organizations within the U.S. Army Garrison Stuttgart Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (USAG F&MWR) mailing list. The flyer announced the 2025 Exchange Gift- Wrapping Fundraiser, sponsored by the Stuttgart Exchange, Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), and the USAG Soldier and Family Readiness Group (SFRG). From 22 November through 24 December 2025, the Stuttgart Exchange will host various community groups to wrap gifts in exchange for donations. Ararat Consistory applied and was selected to participate. We are scheduled to wrap on opening weekend and again on Christmas Eve.

Karamursel on September 20, 2025 to distribute sporting equipment and food packs for the street workers tending the streets of the Kingdom. Our Deputy, SGIG John, and Overseer for the Valley, GIG Hernandez, accompanied the Sublime Princes in this meaningful charity event embodying one of the core virtues of Freemasonry—Charity. The activity provided nourishment and strengthened the bonds between Karamursel and the wider community. assembled

The Popcorn fundraiser was a success for the Orient of Europe. Ararat #115, Valley of Stuttgart, participated in the annual Poppin fundraiser from April to May 2025, with twenty-seven participants across the Orient. Sales totaled $4,026, while donations contributed another $2,465. At the close of the event, total profit reached $4,543, bringing the overall profit for the Orient to $4,768.50. SGIG David Milton remarked that the results were good, but emphasized the goal for 2026 is to increase funds raised and participation. He noted that these fundraisers are vital in helping offset expenses of the Orient. With the next campaign just months away, Ararat is confident they will meet and exceed the 2026 goal.

The Consistory continues to serve as a pillar of strength within the Orient of Europe, fostering unity among brethren and upholding the timeless values of the Rite. Spain Military Consistory No.99 GIG Ulysses B. Sherman Sr., C.I.C. Service, Support & Achievements: • February – Donated $700 to the USC Raffles Fundraising, ranking #8 in the USC and #3 in COD.

Raised $1,050 in support of the USC Raffle. The Orient achieved a #4 ranking out of 24 Orients, contributing to the $10,850 raised regionally and the $145,693 raised overall for community projects like Prince Hall Elementary School. Raised $1,297 through the sale of popcorn, candy, cookies, and snacks, forming part of the $4,768.50 raised by the Orient. Donated $1,500 to the COD Scholarship Fund.

On May 23, 2025, during the 144th Annual and 48th Triennial Session in Philadelphia, PA, an inaugural group of Sublime Princes and received the Investiture of Knight Commander of the Court of Honor (KCCH). SP Willie Hernandez became the first member from the Orient of Europe to be honored. SGIG John, and GIG Cook, both noted that he distinguished
