FOR SALE AT LIVE ONLINE AUCTION : a bidders who were closely watching their screens. I was eventually able to bring the gavel down at £379,000. The next three Lots immediately followed the same pattern with a vacant terraced house in Muller Road selling for almost £100,000 more than its guide price of £235,000. A development opportunity for two houses in the unusually named Nags Head Hill also proved popular with a guide of £235,000 and an eventual sale price of £345,000. A vacant HMO in Begbrook Lane, Frenchay also maintained the momentum with a guide of £325,000 Headline… and a sale price of £412,000. The sale ended with a plethora of garages on offer, all selling well proving that homes for cars are as popular as houses! At both the May and June sales we achieved a 100% sales success and as I drove home, still in the sunshine and in even a more light hearted FOR SALE AT LIVE ONLINE AUCTION : a mood, I reflected that it is no wonder with low interest rates, good employment prospects together with the charm of living in the west country it is no surprise that the ebullient property market continues its upward trajectory. With exciting Lots already on line for July who needs a holiday! Andrew Morgan MBE . Auctioneer F F F F F Headline…
