THEIR BREWERY IS IN FACT LOCATED IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE PREVIOUS BREWERY LE LION D’OR THAT DATES BACK FROM THE 19TH CENTURY. NOW, THEIR BEER IS USED IN MERCURE HOTEL OOSTENDE’S OWN LOCAL BEER COCKTAIL, THE AMERICAN JUS DE MER. THIS BLOND BEER IS THE FIRST JUS DE MER, BLENDING SUBTLE FRUITY AND SPICY TASTES WITH A BALANCED BITTER AFTERTASTE.

INGREDIENTS • 15ML MARTINI VERMOUTH • 15ML CAMPARI

INSTRUCTIONS 1. FILL A GLASS WITH ICE.

2. ADD THE MARTINI AND CAMPARI. 3. TOP OFF WITH COLD JUS DE MER. 4. ADD A FEWDROPS OF GRAPEFRUIT JUICE. 5. FINISHWITH GRAPEFRUIT ZEST. 6. GARNISHWITH A SLICE OF GRAPEFRUIT.
