PUNT BEER SHOULD ONLY INCLUDE THE FOUR ORIGINAL AND INTENDED INGREDIENTS: WATER, MALT, HOPS AND YEAST. THIS IS WHY THEIR BRAND IS SIMPLY CALLED PUNT. THIS WHITE BEER DELIVERS SWEET AND SPICY CITRIC AROMAS TO THE BEER COCKTAIL, ACCENTUATED BY THE SOURNESS OF THE LEMON AND BITTERNESS OF THE APEROL ADDED TO THE FINAL BEVERAGE. AN IDEAL DRINK FOR A BREAK AT MERCURE HOTEL ZWOLLE.

INGREDIENTS • 30 CL PUNT WHITE BEER • 30 ML APEROL • 30ML LEMON JUICE

INSTRUCTIONS 1. FILL A GLASS WITH THE ICE CUBES. 2. ADD THE APEROL AND LEMON JUICE. 3. TOP OFF WITH PUNT WHITE BEER. 4.GARNISH WITH A SLICE OF LEMON ON THE RIM OF THE GLASS AND ONE IN THE GLASS
