BY MIXING THE TYPICAL LOCAL TASTE WEST-FLANDERS ‘KRIEK’ BEER WITH THE CLASSIC, SUMMER TASTE OF THE MOJITO - THERE IS NO BETTER PLACE TO ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL DARK RED SUNSET THAN ON THE BEACH OF BLANKENBERGE.

INGREDIENTS • 1 KRIEK BELLE-VUE BEER • 20 ML HAVANA RUM • CRUSHED ICE • 1 SPOON OF CANE SUGAR • SOME MINT LEAVES • 2 ML LIME JUICE

INSTRUCTIONS 1. TAKE A BIG COCKTAIL GLASS 2. PUT IN CANE SUGAR, FRESH MINT LEAVES AND LIME JUICE 3. CRUSH THE INGREDIENTS WITH A MUDDLER 4. ADD THE RUM 5. ADD THE CRUSHED ICE INTO THE GLASS 6. FILL UP SLOWLY WITH THE BELLE-VUE KRIEK 7. ADD A SLICE OF LEMON AND A MINT LEAVE FOR DECORATION
