KOMPAAN IS A LOCAL CRAFT BEER BREWERY, OPENONLY SINCE 2012 IN THE HAGUE. IN THIS RECIPE, THE KOMPAAN PILSNER IS USED, KNOWN FOR ITS REFRESHING AND CITRIC TASTEWITH A BITTER EDGE.

INGREDIENTS • 50ML VAN KLEEF JENEVER FROM THE HAGUE • 20ML BOLS TRIPLE SEC FROM AMSTERDAM • 10ML OF OUROWNMERCURE HONEY • 50ML PILSNER KOMPAAN BEER FROM THE HAGUE • 15ML LIME JUICE • MINT TOPPING FROM OUR OWN GREENHOUSE

INSTRUCTIONS 1. FILL A BALLOON GLASS WITH ICE CUBES. 2. SHAKE THE JENEVER, TRIPLE SEC, HONEY AND LIME IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER. 3. STRAIN THE INGREDIENTS INTO THE BALLOON GLASS. 4. ADD THE KOMPAAN BEER. 5. GARNISHWITH MINT AND A THINWEDGE OF LIME.
