Room 6 Learn to spread awareness and not be afraid to share your opinion on underage substance abuse; that you are allowed to say no. Understand that you aren't "uncool" or "boring" for not drinking or smoking at a young age; be empowered to stand tall and be unapologetically. Enjoy making your own clay magnets as a fun, healthy alternative to substances. Mental Mindset - Shaylah & Jonathan Mercado Room 1 Learn how to transform negative thinking into positive thought processes and understand the importance of regulating energy and emotions. Understand how to apply this in day-to-day activities and receive tips on how to maintain a positive mindset. Underage Drinking Scenarios: What Would You Do? Room 7 Johann Calvo, Isaie Aguirre, Ziraili Serrano Act out various scenarios to understand the importance of not drinking before the age of 21, and knowing how to speak out when necessary. What Is Emotional Awareness? - Sofia Combel Room 8 Through various exercises, understand your emotions and how to express them in a healthy way. Discuss reputation, learn about emotional intelligence and how it relates to our identity. Understanding Attachment Styles - Soulsculpters Room 2 Expand your knowledge on attachment styles, including how to adapt to each one to maintain healthy relationships. Identify your own attachment style and understand how it can affect your personal relationships and social situations.
