mit Medical Group, in the transaction. Summit Medical Group (SMG occupied 17,500 s/f of space at 34 Mountain Blvd. prior to this expansion. With the additional square footage, SMG will consolidate its sec- ond Warren-based healthcare facility into this single location in Spring 2015. SMG operates 50 locations in central and northern New Jersey, includ- ing its 250,000 s/f. headquar- ters in Berkeley Heights. “Through this transaction, we were able to strengthen an existing landlord-tenant
relationship and, at the same time, accommodate the ten- ant’s current business needs,” said Casey. “The expanded lease will allow Summit Medi- cal Group to operate out of one location in Warren, while entirely maintaining its pres- ence in the area.” Summit Medical Group is located in heart of Warren and in close proximity to key roadways, offering patients and employees convenient ac- cess to its facilities. n HILLSBOROUGH TWP. — Hillsborough Twp.
