With the additional square footage, SMG will consolidate its sec- ond Warren-based healthcare facility into this single location in Spring 2015. SMG operates 50 locations in central and northern New Jersey, includ- ing its 250,000 s/f. headquar- ters in Berkeley Heights. “Through this transaction, we were able to strengthen an existing landlord-tenant
