Colliers International | Pittsburgh executes lease PITTSBURGH, PA — Col- liers International | Pitts- burgh represented Trimodal Terminal LP in the execution of a lease with FSTI, Inc. The company is headquartered in Texas with additional locations in Oklahoma and Colorado. FSTI, Inc. will occupy two acres of the eighty acre site. John Bilyak CCIM, SIOR and Anthony Pantoni of Colliers International | Pitts- burgh represented Trimodal Terminal LP. Significant as- sistance was provided by the Business Development Cor- poration of the Northern Pan- handle. The Trimodal Terminal site is an 80 acre riverfront devel- opment site located in Fol- lansbee, WV. The property is strategically located just three miles south of the Weirton exit on Rte. 22/30 with both I-70 and I-79 within a thirty min- ute drive. The industrial site offers a unique opportunity for prospects, accommodating rail, barge, and road accessi- bility in a single site.
