TRAINING SERVICES TOGETHER WITH OUR SUPPLY PARTNERS, WE OFFER NATIONALLY RECOGNISED COMPETENCY-BASED TRAINING COURSES IN HEIGHT SAFETY AND FALL PREVENTION. Courses such as the basic use and maintenance of height safety systems, fall arrest training, confined space and rescue techniques, and the use of breathing apparatus, can be provided at some of our branches or at your site, providing you meet minimum attendance numbers required.
Bunzl Safety & Lifting can also offer hands-on product training and tool-box style talks through our B-Safe mobile demonstration trailer on a periodic basis by request. These demonstration trailers are fitted with drop test and force measuring instruments to demonstrate arresting forces that workers would experience during a fall. This training consists of comprehensive user product demonstrations to educate users on height safety and fall prevention processes and equipment. Product demonstrations include fitting a harness, selection of equipment, user inspections and a rescue demonstration based on the 5 basic competency elements of height safety:
