I think it is clear from the Epis tle to the Hebrews that the sacrifices in the Temple continued until the destruction of Jerusalem, which was only about six years after that Epis tle was written. See, for example, Hebrews 8:4, 5; 10:1-3, 11. The Jewish sacrifice of the lamb in the celebration of the Passover had to cease when the Temple was destroyed, for that was the only place it could be offered under the Law.
