Survey responses indicate total paper and paper- board capacity will remain flat, decreasing less than one-half of 1 percent in 2021. Graphic Packaging Concludes Partnership With IP Graphic Packaging Holding Company has concluded its partnership with International Paper Company.The final tranche of the membership interests held by In- ternational Paper in Graphic Packaging International Partners were exchanged for an equivalent number of shares of Graphic Packaging common stock. As a re- sult, Graphic Packaging now owns 100 percent of the Partnership. Profitable Partnership Graphic Packaging completed the combination with International Paper’s North America Consumer Pack- aging Business in January 2018. Graphic Packaging owned 79.5 percent of the partnership and was sole manager, while International Paper owned 20.5 per- cent.As part of the final transaction, 22,773,072 mem- bership units were exchanged for an equivalent num- ber of shares of Graphic Packaging common stock. The total number of shares of the Company’s common stock outstanding following the transaction is roughly 306.9 million shares. Indoplas, Indopack, Indoprint Rescheduled The next edition of INDOPLAS, INDOPACK and IN- DOPRINT, the Indonesian International Plastics, Pack- aging and Printing Exhibition, will now be held from October 13–16, 2021, at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) in Indonesia.
