Background: CBRE has been recognised as a leading development monitoring consultant for many years. That success has led us to promote development monitoring as specialist service line. Commercial development is often complex and our clients want us to help them manage development risk. We see ourselves, therefore, as development specialists and, in being so, best placed to advise on develop- ment risk. Being part of the wider CBRE organisation fits this approach perfectly.

CBRE lives and breathes real estate, so in addition to our team’s own extensive development expertise, we have access to experts in all aspects of development and commercial property, whose expertise can be readily leveraged for the benefit of our clients. The role would suit an established and experienced commercial development monitoring professional and offers: • The benefits of being part of an industry leading global brand. • A flexible and progressive working culture and environment. • Opportunity to meet and work with diverse group of people. • A business in which you can develop yourself and thrive.
