Fun Awards
ASNA members are some of the most creative individuals in the state. Be sure to check out the Fun Awards tables as members have entered their original creations including bulletin board design, Canva/social media post, photography contest, food art, #10 Can Decor and serving line decor. Winners will be announced during the Saturday Keynote Luncheon. The Fun Awards Tables will be located in the lobby of the second floor on Friday and the first floor lobby on Saturday.
Philanthropic Project
In the spirit of giving back to another organizations fight against hunger in our conference's host city, join ASNA's support of the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama. Since its creation in 1982, the CFBCA accomplishes the mission of supplying millions of meals per year to over 230 Partner Agencies, like food pantries, shelters, and children’s programs in 12 counties across central Alabama. Their aim is to ensure people in need can access emergency food near where they live. ASNA attendees are encouraged to bring two cans of food. Conference attendees that support this endeavor will receive a special ribbon for their nametag. Bins will be available in the second floor lobby of the East Hall to place canned goods.
Second Line Parade
Let’s kick off the ASNA Conference in true Mardi Gras style with a Second Line parade. Join the ASNA Executive Board as we strut our way through the Exhibit Hall. The line up starts at 2:30 outside the 2nd Floor Exhibit Hall. Be the first 100 in line to receive a hankerchief to wave in true New Orleans fashion.
