MOLLY MAID Right Start Transfer Manual Copyright  2015, Molly Maid, Inc. Proprietary and Confidential Information To ensure you get off to a Right Start, it is wise to establish a comprehensive maintenance schedule in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and have an appropriate facility prepared to service your fleet. Vehicle maintenance is also a service offered by Enterprise Fleet Services that you may want to take advantage of. They provide oil changes and regular maintenance, along with logs to record activity. 1.23 Establish a Relationship with a Local Urgent Care Center Talk with your Workman’s Compensation Insurance carrier and ask for a list of clinics in the area on their approved list of providers. Determine which industrial clinic or urgent care center is most centrally located in your territory and set up an appointment with them. Meet with the administrator and set up a business relationship allowing your staff to receive care for emergency work-related injuries. It is important to choose a provider that is recommended by your insurance carrier. They may be able to assist you in the event of any fraudulent Workman’s Compensation claims. 1.24 Schedule Customer Advertising Distribution Create a distribution schedule of advertising pieces for the week after you return from Owner Training Center. Establishing your online presence will be essential as well. Activate local online marketing campaigns for that same week. Make sure delivery and lead times permit a “comfortable” schedule. Rushed schedules spawn error and frustration. We also encourage you to set the activation of your MOLLY MAID webpage for the opening date. 1.24.1 Schedule Employee Advertising Since you may need to replace some of your present employees and will also need some active applications to enable you to grow your business, schedule your first recruitment advertisement for insertion in the Sunday newspaper following your assuming management of the business. Although it is important that you begin establishing your recruiting network before you come to Initial Training, we will cover much of what you will be looking for in an employee and the interview process during training week. Do not conduct any interviews until after you return from training. 1.25 Watch the Molly Maid Cleaning Training DVD Review the cleaning training DVD several times to familiarize yourself with the cleaning system. This will familiarize you with our cleaning procedures, safety focus, and emphasis on the cleaning system. Page 36
