2.1 What is Initial Training? Initial Training is a week full of activities that will cover all aspects of the MOLLY MAID system. We emphasize areas that you will focus on during your first year of business. Initial Training requires your participation in interactive discussions, simulation role-playing, and hands-on activities throughout the week. The days are long and subjects are presented with the assumption that all class participants have prepared in the same manner. Note: If an Initial Training attendee is not a signatory on the franchise agreement, the attendee must sign a confidentiality statement at the onset of training. 2.1.1 What is covered during Initial Training Week? During Initial Training week you will learn all aspects of the proven MOLLY MAID system. This system is what differentiates us and makes us a leader in the residential cleaning service industry. In addition to classroom training, you will have an opportunity to get a feel for the work your employees will do. The MOLLY MAID cleaning system is designed to be simple to teach and simple to learn but helps maximize efficiency and thoroughness. You will participate in a full day of Train the Trainer sessions as we demonstrate to you how to properly train your employees on the MOLLY MAID cleaning system. More activities during the week include marketing methodology for customers, employee recruitment strategies, employee training, estimating procedures and role-playing, Customer Care software training, and more! To ensure adequate time for personal business, phone calls, etc., we ask that you help us adhere to the schedule. Satisfactory completion of Initial Training is a formal requisite before being granted a franchise. At the conclusion of Initial Training week, you will be aware of the specific opportunities and challenges you face, and we will collectively determine your ability, desire, and commitment to develop a successful MOLLY MAID business. 2.2 What to Bring With You 2.2.1 Training Materials are provided for you All materials necessary for Initial Training week will be provided for you during the course of the week.
