To Whom It May Concern,
We are the owners of 49 Venuti Drive, and have been neighbors to the Timmons family at 47 Venuti Drive for several years. We are aware that they are planning to install a privacy fence along their property line. Much like we did with our own property, their intention is to install the fence to create a safe environment for their children as well as to prevent unwanted access from strangers to their backyard. We are in support of their request.
