New Day Genetics sellers are retaining one-third semen interest in all bulls sold unless otherwise noted. The buyer will receive full possession, full salvage value and two-thirds semen interest. The retained interest is a royalty interest that only comes into play if the bull is marketed through major semen companies. NEW DAY BULL GUARANTEE All bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to the sale. Bulls selling for over $3,000 dollars, will include a two-breeding season guarantee. Breeding season is defined as a 90-day period from bull turn-in to take-out. For example, bulls selling in the spring sale, will be covered for a 90-day spring and subsequent 90 day fall breeding season. Our warranty for the bulls includes semen and feet issues (not stemming from injury or management) for the first two breeding seasons. All other injuries such as broke penis, foot rot, acts of God, and situations related to management that are beyond our control will not be covered. A veterinary inspection/report is required for warranty claims. We understand the investment you make in your bulls can be significant; we will make every effort to take care of you if something goes awry. Please contact Corey or Ted with issues as soon as possible. Warranties will be settled as sale credit, less the salvage value of the bull. In some cases, if a mutually agreed upon replacement bull is available, the warranty may be settled in this manner.
