What’s on the menu?

Better Served is a major project designed to make HR information at Albron more comprehensible and accessible. This is essential to ensure that everyone at Albron has a seat at the table! What will this mean for you? Where will you find what you need, and how can you prepare for the changes? You can read all about it here! To get an idea of all the changes, scroll straight to page 8 of this booklet. The four that will affect you the most as a Driven Flavourmaker are explained in more detail: • Your personal Albron login for all Gedreven Smaakmakers • My Albron App: the replacement for Strobbo • Served: the place where your HR information and administration is served up clearly • Albron Academy: learning and development with a new look Read this booklet carefully, and you’ll have everything you need to start smoothly on April 1 st 2025. It’s not nearly as complicated as it might seem!

Switching over to a new system is much like moving to a new house. It’s nerve-racking but also fun. You’re heading to a better place, although the process isn’t always easy, eventually the move is complete, and everyone agrees: yes, this was worth it! Moving together

1st quarter 2025 Ready for the new start! The moving truck is empty, and everything is intact. Now it’s time to unpack and arrange things. Is the furniture in the right place and are we happy with the decor?

4 2025 - 2026 In the new

environment, all the puzzle pieces gradually fall into place. Everything is set, and all items find their spot. We did it!

Your personal Albron login Don’t currently have an @albron.be username? Then between 17-21 March 2025 you will receive an email from helloid@albron.nl containing your new Albron username. This will allow you, as an employee, to log in to the HR systems Served and the My Albron app. You will receive this message at the e-mail address you you provided to us. So keep a close eye on your e-mail! (If you do not receive anything, check your junk mailbox too!)

Do you already have an @albron.be username? Then you can continue to use your existing data to on Served and the My Albron app.

In the weeks leading up to going live (on 1 April), colleagues will be present on location to help you with the installation of your Account.

In 4 quick steps to your personal Albron login

You’ll receive an email at the private email address you provided. It will include detailed instructions. Read these first before proceeding to steps 2 and 3.

Create a personal password for your username .

Download the Authenticator app to set up two-factor authentication.

Starting April 1st, go to the Mijn Albron App (www.mijnalbronapp.nl) and enter your username and password. You’ll then be prompted to confirm your login with the Authenticator app.

What can you find in the My Albron app?

Pinboard On a notice board employees can post messages themselves. Other employees can respond to these respond (just like facebook).

Schedule In My Albron also see his/her personal work schedule, hours and leave.

Chat The application offers the possibility for Employees to send each other direct messages. Employee determines during the installation of the app - whether he/she wants to participate.

My colleagues The application offers the possibility for employees to look up colleagues look up colleagues and profi el data view profiles. Employees can decide determine which profile data he/she wishes to make visible in his profile to for others.

Schedule via the My Albron App

Realising hours worked after your shift instead of clocking in (daily)

Swap shifts with colleagues

Transmit availability: You must pass on availability at least 5 weeks in advance for the new rosters. From 1 April, you enter this for the schedule from 5 May. Everything you have already passed on via Strobbo, we will take over for you.

View leave balances and Leave requests: Your leave pots will be available from 1 April in the My Albron app. Please note: Due to the end of reference period Time for Time, this pot will only correct from 10 April.

Our trusted Albron Academy is not only getting a fresh look but also a logical new home within the Served platform. No more login issues! It will be your go-to for training, inspiring extras, and countless tips and tools to support your growth and development — always within reach.

Install your Personal Albron Account before 1 April. Then go to www.mijnalbronapp.nl or download the My Albron App (via the app store) and log in with your Albron username and chosen password. Next From 1 April, you will see your roster and realise your hours via the My Albron App (via the menu button Rooster). From 1 April, you will have direct access to Served via the My Albron App to Served (you will then see the Served tile under ‘quick to’ on the on the homepage of the My Albron App). Need help or have questions? Then feel free to ask your supervisor for help or contact HR/Human Resources. For the latest updates on Served on the My Albron App! On the home page, in the red block under ‘topic topics’ you will find all messages about Served. Here you can also ask your questions by placing them under the article ‘Served: answers to your questions’. What next?
